KaLynn Okerstrom

I bring decades of experience in residential construction, design, and client service to my work in real estate. As a Saint Paul native, I’ve spent most of my life in the Twin Cities and have a deep appreciation for the character, history, and uniqueness of the homes and neighborhoods here.

 

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked with a design-remodeling company specializing in kitchens, baths, and home additions. As a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKD or CBD), with interior design training from the University of Minnesota and Dakota County Technical College, I helped homeowners create custom spaces tailored to their lives. That experience gave me hands-on exposure to homes across the Twin Cities—from new construction to historic properties—and a strong understanding of how homes are built, function, and evolve over time.
